Yes! All watches sold by Timesta are 100% authentic. Each product goes through a strict quality inspection before being shipped to ensure top-notch standards.
2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery across Pakistan usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.
3. What is your return and exchange policy?
You can return or exchange your watch within 7 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging.
Please note: Used, damaged, or altered items won’t be accepted.
4. Do Timesta watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every Timesta watch includes a 6-month functional warranty covering movement and battery issues.
However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or water exposure beyond the product’s rating.
